Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems across all user levels.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies - Active Directory and OKTA
  • Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance across all platforms via GPO and Patch management tools
  • Utilize scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate recurring tasks and streamline processes
  • Manage hardware, setup, repairs, and component replacements
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/print services



Requirements

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining Linux , macOS , and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with command-line tools, including Linux shell commands (Bash)/Ubuntu code, macOS Terminal,Windows PowerShell and HTML.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system backups.
  • Knowledge of system imaging, software packaging, and enterprise management tools.
  • Ability to handle hardware management, including PC setups, installations, and repairs
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies for Windows and Linux OS environments to support infrastructure needs.
  • Fluent English.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Willingness to be available on weekends and holidays as needed (via Slack).
