The Integration Manager will lead the seamless transition of newly acquired businesses into Volaris, ensuring alignment with our operating culture and disciplines. This role involves working closely with new management and staff to provide training, support, and guidance throughout the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integration plans to align acquired businesses with Volaris’ operational framework.
Train and support new management teams on Volaris’ culture, financial processes, HR, and business disciplines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, addressing operational, financial, and strategic challenges.
Identify and mitigate risks during the integration process.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key integration milestones.
