Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
  • Assist customers with information on shipping schedules, tracking, and documentation procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for service enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Keep updated on shipping regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  • Encourage customer engagement through proactive communication and dedicated support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the logistics and shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • A proactive attitude towards improving customer experiences and service delivery.
