Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding prescription medications, telemedicine services, and account management.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to support service improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on pharmacy products, telemedicine services, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Encourage customer engagement and high standards of service while navigating sensitive health-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and customer understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle sensitive situations with care.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and telemedicine platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
