Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to online learning products, course materials, and account assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues and technical difficulties efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among users.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system for tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with the EdTech team to provide feedback on user experiences and contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay informed about current courses, platform updates, and educational trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage with customers proactively to enhance their learning experience and encourage continued use of the platform.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sectors, is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating positive customer interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining thorough customer records.
