  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on company products and subscription services to provide accurate information.
  • Encourage customer retention by promoting new features and supporting product engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in subscription-based services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Familiarity with support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude toward helping customers and a commitment to service excellence.
