• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A validated EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
