• Manage inquiries, process orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the sales team to encourage customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
