Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in German to clients of a prestigious luxury brand.
• Effectively communicate product information and brand stories to engage customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide reliable after-sales support.
• Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
• Stay informed on luxury market trends and the latest product offerings to provide insightful assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on creating excellent customer experiences.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands and understanding of the retail landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and work flexible hours as needed.
