We are looking for a Senior Business Developer with deep experience in B2B tech sales, especially in business intelligence and knowledge management, to lead our commercial expansion efforts.

To lead the identification, engagement, and conversion of business opportunities for our innovation IT solutions. You’ll match client needs with digital platforms that enhance their innovation capabilities, while shaping strategic growth for PNO Digital.

  • Identify and acquire new clients within the innovation ecosystem.

  • Define and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth.

  • Present our proprietary solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform development.

  • Collaborate with tech teams to align delivery with client expectations.

  • Ensure project success through oversight and stakeholder engagement.

  • Contribute to internal processes and business development tools.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B business development within the IT or digital innovation sectors.

  • Proven success with SaaS and pay-per-use business models, particularly in the innovation ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and knowledge management technologies.

  • Well-established network across innovation and digital transformation communities.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
