We are looking for a Lead Generation Systems Manager to build, manage, and continuously optimize a fully automated lead
generation engine.
This is not a traditional management role, we’re looking for
a builder/operator: someone who thrives on setting up complex
automation, connecting tools, and generating predictable lead flow at scale,
without human intervention.
If you’ve designed a machine that generates, enriches, and
qualifies 3,000+ leads/day using tools like Apollo, Clay,
PhantomBuster, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and more, this role is for you.
