About the Role
This role blends technical expertise with project management skills—helping to prepare estimates, coordinate tender submissions, and support overall project delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate health, safety, and environment subcontract documentation.
Manage data integrity and document control across project systems.
Implement and administer project start-up checklists.
Assist with scope development and tender cost analysis.
Manage contracts, including subcontracts and work orders.
Maintain registers for RFIs, VO’s, and subcontractor agreements.
Support financial administration and budget control.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting per financial calendar dates.
Provide administrative support to the delivery team.
Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve project challenges.
Requirements
About YOU
5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or project scheduling (Australian construction experience preferred).
Strong understanding of construction terminology.
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience managing live project documents.
Experience with job costing, forecasting, and financial controls.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
