Job description

Marketing Director - Part-time to Full-time, Remote


A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead our entire marketing function, overseeing both paid and organic channels. You will directly manage, coach, and hold accountable our marketing manager, email specialist, data analyst, ad creation specialist, and content teams (blogs, SEO, video, social media).


Your primary responsibility will be driving our teams to consistently meet or exceed quarterly lead generation targets through strategic oversight, continuous coaching, clearly defined KPIs, and rigorous accountability. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to create compelling offers, refine marketing strategies, and ensure outstanding performance across all marketing initiatives.


The role will start as part-time initially to assess mutual fit. Upon confirmation of alignment and performance, we will quickly transition you to full-time.


As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our top three core values:

What you will do:

  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable all marketing team members (marketing manager, email specialist, data analyst, ad specialists) and content team members (content manager and creators).
  • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met, reviewing work quality and effectiveness.
  • Strategically guide and assist the paid ads and content teams to consistently achieve quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling, innovative offers and detailed instructions for marketing execution.
  • Continuously monitor marketing metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and insights clearly outlining marketing team performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture within the marketing team.
  • Ensure flawless creation of ad directions, posting and optimization.
  • Ensure flawless creation of split test direction and execution.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of proven leadership experience in digital marketing, ideally within high-growth companies.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing and coaching multi-functional marketing teams, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, and video production.
  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics, data analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into measurable actions.
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Exceptional ability to create compelling marketing offers and strategies with clear execution plans.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and teams effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with a clear track record of fostering high-performing teams.
