OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed CRM Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing efforts for Wirex Private. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing sophisticated acquisition and retention strategies for our most valued users. With a split focus of 30% acquisition (Wirex Retail and selected external channels) and 70% retention (automation, upscaling, loyalty), the CRM Manager will help deliver a world-class, tailored experience. 


Reporting to the Activation & Retention Lead, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Content, and Customer Support teams and act as the internal champion of our high net worth
(HNW) customers. Expertise in Braze or any other industry-leading CRM tool, deep crypto knowledge, and a data-first approach are essential.
 


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own the CRM strategy and roadmap for Wirex Private, across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. 
  • Build and optimise lifecycle programs and user journeys using Braze. 
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies tailored to HNW user needs. 
  • Create performance-driven email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition, Brand & Engagement, Activation & Retention and Data teams to support Private user acquisition and onboarding. 
  • Monitor KPIs such as activation rate, user retention, LTV, and feature engagement. 
  • Regularly test, analyse, and iterate campaigns to continuously improve impact and scale. 
  • Liaise with the Product and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences across touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on crypto/Web3 market trends and competitor activity relevant to HNW user engagement.
  • Provide assistance to the
    Activation & Retention Lead with ongoing projects and any ad hoc requests


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 4 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or HNWI-focused services. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Braze or equivalent CRM platforms. 
  • Proven track record in building automated user journeys and managing customer segmentation strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry and interest in wealth management/financial products. 
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and CRM performance metrics. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and data-driven approach. 
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
