The purpose of this position is to:

  • Be the technical lab engineer in our team supporting Ceragon Networks Products.
  • Carry out setup and testing on Ceragon’s equipment both in house and in field.
  • Main focus will be on setup, verification, validation, and testing of complex Radio & Antenna configurations, while contributing to identifying issues or risks, as well as actively proposing improvements and solutions to any issues identified.
  • Radio link & network planning using appropriate software.
  • Be part of the Technical support Team to resolve customer problems with a focus on Radio Transmission issues.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems within own area of expertise and arrive at reasoned conclusion/recommendation.
  • Cooperate closely with other units and sections of Ceragon Networks.

What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for accomplishing the assigned project tasks within planned time frame.
  • Good understanding of Design processes. Contributing to and/or leading continuous improvement of processes.
  • Broad awareness of quality standards. Responsible for the quality of sub-systems of a design. Ability to analyze complex problems within own area of expertise and arrive at reasoned conclusion/recommendation.
  • Able to plan developments in terms of timescale and resources.
  • Mentor design engineers or technical issues and contribute to assessment of training needs.
  • Support and assist in implementation of projects, both on execution and financial analysis.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor within applicable field (preferable).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the field.
  • Good general competence within the field of Telecommunications- and Data Networks, Mechanics, Electrical installation.
  • General knowledge and experience with Radio communication systems and diagnostic methods highly desired.
  • Good understanding of the company’s and department’s business targets.
  • Good English language competence, both oral and written.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
