  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries regarding Proximus services, billing queries, and technical support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Keep updated on the latest Proximus products and services to better assist customers.
  • Cultivate positive customer relationships through attentive and personalized service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
