Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding subscription-based services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based models or digital services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage customer complaints professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while staying organized and productive.
