Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer support in Dutch, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products and services.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge, recommendations, order processing, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Document customer interactions comprehensively, maintaining accurate records in the relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay current on health trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster loyalty towards the brand.
  • Participate in training programs to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in health and wellness products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in health, wellness, or related industries, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer documentation.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness topics and a desire to promote healthy living through customer interactions.
