Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in Dutch through various communication channels.
• Communicate the brand's story and product offerings to engage and inspire customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about luxury market trends and product launches to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a vibrant work environment.
• Passion for luxury brands and understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• A valid EU passport is required for relocation.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
