Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients of a renowned luxury brand.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing detailed information about products and brand values.
• Manage inquiries and support customers through the entire purchasing process.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and new offerings to assist customers better.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in customer service or luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Adept at working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to embrace a new culture and work flexible hours.
