Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels.

• Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt post-sales support.

• Collaborate with the sales team to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
