Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch, assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Communicate the brand's story and product details to engage and inspire customers.
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and deliver effective after-sales support.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and new product releases to share relevant insights with customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to new situations.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and immerse yourself in a new culture.
