Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service in Dutch to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Effectively communicate the brand's offerings and values to elevate customer engagement.
• Handle order processing and post-sale support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with team members to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on market trends and product knowledge to provide relevant insights to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a new cultural environment.
