Summary: The LOA/Processor is responsible for dual responsibilities such as, preparing loan submissions receive from Loan Officers for Underwriting with APM or other lending institutions affiliated with APM; submitting, tracking and following upon all documentation required to close loans. The LOA/Processor is also responsible for providing direct support to the Loan Officer by performing task such as, loan file set up, communicating loan status and other administrative and clerical duties assigned.
