What’s the role?

The SVP of Technology is responsible for leading the Engineering & Product departments, creating a vision and strategy for the entire R&D division, supervising the Head/s of, and mentoring their teams. 

The SVP of Technology is responsible for outlining the Company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with company's business needs, and for the operation of companys cloud services. The SVP of Technology ensures the company complies with regional privacy legislation and that security measures are in place and maintained to protect the company's data and physical assets.

What will you do?

• Own the Engineering & Product development vision and the roadmap for our product lines.
• Lead and scale globally distributed engineering & product teams in PE-backed B2B SaaS environment.
• Deliver products with high quality and reliability, directly aligned with customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) by incorporating customer feedback into engineering decisions, reducing critical issues and improving product stability.
• Transform engineering & product teams into highly effective organization by improving delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle times), and optimising agile processes.
• Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to elevate the engineering department to world-class standards.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to significantly enhance engineering & product productivity, accelerate product management & development.
• Oversee technical reviews of the company's products and solutions to assess their relevance and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, EAA, ISO/IEC 27001, etc. as appropriate to maintain a secure and reliable environment.
• Budget and vendor management responsibility for Engineering & Product departments.
• Be accountable for OKRs for Engineering and Product as defined in our annual strategic planning process.
