Role Brief:

MDClone is looking for a Director of Marketing who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us scale fast. We’re not hiring a marketing manager to “maintain the brand”—we’re hiring a growth driver. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on generating pipeline, accelerating the sales cycle, and making our value known in the market.

This role is fully remote (U.S.-based) and highly cross-functional. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, enable sales, and drive revenue. If you thrive in dynamic environments and believe marketing should be a growth engine—not a support function—this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (email, social, web, content, paid) aligned with MDClone’s business goals and sales priorities.
  • Own campaign performance tracking and reporting, using data to test, learn, and optimize marketing efforts in real time.
  • Manage and evolve MDClone’s website to reflect our value proposition, promote use cases, and drive engagement.
  • Lead and produce a steady stream of content marketing (blogs, podcasts, customer stories) in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Run digital campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, and paid media to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Partner with external branding and PR agencies to amplify MDClone’s voice in key markets.
  • Organize and represent MDClone at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions in North America, Europe, and Israel.
  • Work with the Product team and Product Liaison to develop messaging and go-to-market support for new capabilities and offerings.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to track funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lead flow.
  • Launch and refine persona-based campaigns targeting researchers, clinicians, executives, and operational leaders.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to keep MDClone ahead of the curve

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, advertising and brand management
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Project management
  • A strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem (Providers/healthcare IT/Big Data/life sciences) is essential and understanding buyer personas.
  • Creative design experience - advantage a plus, but not required
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Suite or similar) - advantage
