Windows Services & Roles – Manage IIS, SMB Shares, Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, WSUS, and Intune
Database Administration – Oversee SQL Server management and optimization
Linux & Web Server Management – Configure and maintain Apache environments
Cloud & Enterprise Solutions – Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Online
Workstation Management – Prepare and support Windows Desktops with Intune integration
System Monitoring & Maintenance – Analyze Windows logs and update SCCM installers
Auditing & Compliance – Conduct shared mailbox and file server audits for security and access control
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain updated records for servers and applications
