Job description

Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

About the role

As a Senior Growth Analyst at Readdle, you’ll own the numbers behind how our products grow. From the first ad impression to a long-term renewal, you’ll be the person who makes sense of the data, designs the event structure, and ensures everything is measurable. You’ll dig into funnels, uncover insights, and build dashboards that make growth performance crystal clear for product and marketing teams. If you enjoy combining SQL, Python, and tools like BigQuery, Amplitude, Tableau, and Appsflyer to answer tough questions and spot opportunities, this role will give you full ownership of analytics across the entire user journey.

What will you do:

  • Transform and analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets that provide stakeholders with self-serve access to growth metrics.
  • Define and document event structures for new features, campaigns, and experiments; validate and QA tracking implementations.
  • Analyze user funnels across ads, store, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
  • Design measurement for A/B experiments and feature launches; monitor execution, validate results, and ensure long-term tracking of impact.
  • Provide insights and hypotheses to marketing and product teams, highlighting trends and drivers behind performance changes.
  • Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.
  • Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines, and establish QA processes for accurate reporting.
  • Work with tools like Appsflyer to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude for building dashboards and visualizing complex datasets.
  • Experience with Appsflyer or other attribution platforms.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of product analytics concepts — funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of concepts like segmentation, churn, or LTV modeling is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • A proactive, curious, and coachable mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

What you will get at Readdle:

  • Customer-centric culture. We put our customers first. It means that every employee can benefit from interacting with our customers directly. It enables us to create and deliver the best solutions for millions of our users.
  • Professional growth. We are professionals at everything we do. It means we own our decisions, our work, and our results. We provide quality feedback to others and welcome feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve.
  • A team of amazing people. The greatest power we have is the team. It means we care about each other, ensure transparency, and invest in everyone's success.
  • Impact on our products. We aim to create valuable products. It means that we improve ourselves constantly by overcoming constraints, simplifying our processes, and improving our capacity.
  • Innovative culture. We try to be innovative and creative in everything we do. It means that we expect, appreciate and value new ideas.
