About The Role

As a Product Operations Associate your role will be to:

Define, strengthen, and optimize operational processes that enhance the team’s ability to deliver effectively.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to boost efficiency through new technologies, workflows, and best practices.
Stay informed about market and industry trends, proactively addressing future challenges and opportunities.
Monitor operational tools and key performance indicators to ensure smooth performance and early issue detection.
Communicate and collaborate across teams to align on priorities and ensure objectives are met.
Provide support as an escalation point for operational issues, offering insights into process implementation and resolution strategies.
Contribute to product development by actively participating in discussions and sharing actionable, constructive feedback.
Partner with product teams to understand user needs, address operational pain points, and design solutions that improve the overall experience.

Requirement

Experience working with databases, APIs, or other operational tools is a plus.
