Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment-related activities.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• No previous recruitment experience is needed; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Basic familiarity with online recruiting tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Enthusiasm for starting a career in recruitment and connecting talent with opportunities.
