Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting role for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative within the Ride-Sharing App Department. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking users of the ride-sharing app, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to app functionality, account issues, and ride-related questions.

  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance user satisfaction and address potential service issues.
  • Stay updated on app features, industry trends, and best practices to provide informative and helpful support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or transportation sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
