Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the retail or home appliances sector.
