✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong ability to estimate and plan testing requirements.
✅ Proven experience tracking and following up on QA team activities.
✅ Ability to guide and mentor both manual and automation QA teams.
✅ Capable of proposing methodologies and techniques to optimize testing and ensure quality.
✅ Skilled in organizing team workflows using Kanban boards.
✅ Experience managing, creating, and maintaining test assets and documentation.
✅ ISTQB, TMMi or related certification (required).
✅ Certification in one or more of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP (or similar).
✅ Basic conversational English.
✅ A continuous improvement mindset in the QA area.
✅ Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, TestLink, or similar platforms for test case management and issue tracking.
