Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD, depending on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of data and execution. This role combines paid media campaign management with data-driven reporting and performance strategy. You'll be hands-on with platforms like Meta and Google Ads, while also building executive-ready reports and dashboards to guide marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Build strategic dashboards and performance reports using advanced analytics tools.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights for marketing and growth.
  • Oversee budget tracking and pacing across platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver executive-ready reporting and data visualizations.
  • Monitor key metrics to inform media planning and creative iterations.
  • Contribute to strategy across performance marketing and conversion funnels.
  • Support affiliate channel operations (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, etc.) as needed (moved to lower priority).


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and media buying.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify.
  • Proven ability to create dashboards and reports that guide marketing strategy.
  • Ability to communicate marketing performance clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data literacy.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon storefronts).
  • Experience reporting to executive stakeholders or founders.
  • Knowledge of visual reporting tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
