Must-have:
- good communication – ability to clearly state their thought process
- have worked on all aspects of an application from start to finish – not coming in in between to do one feature
- experience with launching an app into the app store
- iOS – experience with Swift
- Android – Java, kotlin is preferred
- works well with a team, follows agile methodology
Nice to have:
- banking/financial services experience
