We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead who will be a member of the Business Operations group. The Operational Intelligence analyst Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team that provides actionable insights and analytics to drive operational excellence.

This role involves leading intelligence-driven strategies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a team in transforming intelligence into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operational intelligence analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality, actionable insights by maintaining rigorous processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve challenges.
  • Present findings and recommendations to influence decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams in a professional environment.
  • Experience in OSINT/WEBINT research, cyber operations, and cryptocurrency trading, including building and upkeeping technical operational infrastructure. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English—a must.
  • BA degree in Law/Economics/Business/Psychology or equivalent from an accredited institution—an advantage.
  • Advantage: additional languages
  • Ability to travel -10%
