About The Role

Your Mission

As a Growth Product Designer, your primary focus will be optimizing user journeys to drive higher engagement and retention. You’ll use data and insights to inform design decisions and create seamless, user-centered experiences that make monday.com irreplaceable for our users. Through collaboration and iteration, your work will contribute directly to the growth of the platform.

In short, you’ll design experiences that activate users, encourage adoption, and keep them coming back for more.

  • Own the Design Vision: Develop scalable, impactful design solutions that drive user engagement and retention, aligning with key growth metrics.
  • Optimize User Journeys: Identify friction points and continuously enhance user flows, making it easier for users to unlock monday's value and stay engaged with the platform.
  • Leverage Data to Iterate: Use both qualitative and quantitative insights—such as A/B testing and user feedback—to inform design decisions and rapidly iterate on experiences.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams, data analysts, and stakeholders to refine user funnels, ensuring designs are aligned with growth strategies and business goals.
  • Lead Projects to Success: Take ownership of design initiatives, guiding teams to deliver solutions that improve user experiences and drive growth.
  • Communicate Vision: Present and advocate for your design work clearly and persuasively, whether through prototypes, presentations, or written documentation.

Requirements

  • Experienced Designer: With 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, you have a strong portfolio of intuitive, user-centered design solutions for digital products (B2B or others). Bonus points for working with growth teams and understanding key growth metrics (engagement, monetization, retention).
  • Growth-Focused Designer: You’re passionate about designing experiences that activate users and drive long-term engagement. You understand growth metrics and design with those in mind.
  • Visionary: You see possibilities where others see obstacles, and you’re not afraid to rethink how things work to improve the experience for users and internal teams.
  • Data-Driven: You take initiative to identify opportunities and leverage A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Strategic Thinker: You think long-term, balancing user needs with business objectives. You actively contribute to annual and quarterly planning, setting clear goals and ensuring that your designs deliver measurable user value.
  • Collaborator: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. You’re skilled at presenting designs, strategies, and your process in a clear, compelling way, ensuring stakeholders understand and align with your vision. You can confidently lead discussions, manage conflicts when they arise, and collaborate effectively by seeking support from others when needed.
  • Ownership-Driven Leader: You take full ownership of your projects from start to finish.
