You will lead a team of BI developers, focusing on task assignments, goal setting, and promoting effective team collaboration.

You will play a key role in designing, optimizing, expanding, and scaling our analytical data infrastructure, which is central to making monday.com a data-driven, scalable, and high-impact company

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify opportunities, and translate these into technical specifications, models, designs, and architecture for BI systems.

About The Role

Collaborating with other teams, such as the business/product analytics team and BI engineering to align goals and ensure smooth integration and adoption of the BI solutions
Strong experience in BI development and data modeling, using tools such as SQL, DBT, Airflow, Tableau, or other related technologies
Excellent understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
Solid leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills (2-5 years experience). In a fast-paced work environment, you will be responsible for leading a team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and managing priorities.
5+ years of experience in and understanding of concepts and frameworks pertaining to Data Management, modeling, quality, warehousing, ETL, and analytics.
Strong communicator who can develop a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify data issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and derive insights from complex data sets
Fully proficient in SQL
Experienced with ETL tools and methodologies (Airflow, DBT, etc).
