  • Deliver superior customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, order placements, and after-sales services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and enhance service offerings.
  • Stay informed about the latest luxury trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within luxury retail or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide solutions proactively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office tools.
