Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and technical support for DIY tools.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations regarding home improvement products.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or inquiries promptly.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
