Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product details, usage, and availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on promotions, product launches, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or retail industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with beauty and skincare products is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
