Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking users through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding online courses, subscriptions, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to users.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer problems.
  • Stay informed about the latest course offerings and platform updates to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
