Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and draft job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication with all parties.
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to help candidates succeed.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
