Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our recruitment system.
• Support candidates throughout their application journey, providing a positive experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• No previous recruitment experience is necessary; all required training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
• Proficient in using online tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
