Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • No previous recruitment experience is necessary; all required training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficient in using online tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
