Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
• Identify and source candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our database.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• No previous recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a desire to help others.
• Basic understanding of online recruitment tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
