Key responsibilities:
Manage and support SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules including Learning Management and Recruiting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage of all modules across 3 FTEs.
Provide on-call support as needed, with a focus on timely response and resolution.
Monitor and adhere to SLA plans for response and resolution times.

Number of resources:
We have budget to cover above modules through 3 FTE.
Hence, we are looking for resources who are cross-skilled in above modules so that 3 FTEs can together support all the modules.
Time of project:
Time Zone IST: 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
On call support:
There can be on-call support weekday/weekends, but very little or for very few days in a month (yet to be finalized), or may be none. Will be finalized in next few days.
SLA plan:
P1 = 2 hrs response time, 4 hr resolution time
P2 = 4 hrs response time, 8 hr resolution time
P3 = 8 hrs response time, 72 hr resolution time
P4 = 48 hrs response time, 1 week resolution time
