Job description

Support and maintain ITM 6 environment
 
Working knowledge of data center infrastructure (Virtualized servers, storage, application, and Database).
 
Installation and configuration of Tivoli Monitoring components such as TEMS, TEPS, TEMA.
 
Installation and configuration of ITM 6.3 Agents.
 
Create Users and Groups on TEPS for administration.
 
Health check and troubleshooting of Core Tivoli Monitoring components such as HTEMS, RTEMS,TEPS,TDW along with Warehouse proxy and ITM agents.
 
Performing periodic health check on Tivoli monitoring components.
 
Provide Solutions for complex issues by working with PMR support.
 
Configuration of Tivoli data warehouse & troubleshooting warehouse issues.
 
Periodical updating of patches and Fixes on All Tivoli monitoring component
 
Develop custom monitoring solutions to meet customer requirements.(Custom agents using Agent Builder).
