Key responsibilities:

  • Perform product configuration and integration development for RSA Identity Governance.
  • Provide RSA/ACM support and update Active Directory for users.
  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication and manage access/provisioning on customer portals.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively.
