Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Lead and manage a development team, making key technical decisions and providing guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and solution alignment.
Engage in problem-solving across teams, offering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Drive continuous innovation and performance improvements in application development.
Perform regular system assessments to identify areas for optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

Expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong background in application design, development, and integration.
Proven experience leading technical teams and decision-making in complex environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
