As a PBM Sales Consultant with a specialized focus on broker distribution, you will be a crucial part of our team, working closely with brokers to identify, secure, and manage new business opportunities.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated PBM Sales Consultant with expertise in broker distribution to join our team. The PBM Sales Consultant – Broker Distribution will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with broker partners, driving business growth through them, and ensuring the successful delivery of our PBM services to their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of broker distribution channels, the healthcare industry, and PBM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with broker partners to identify potential clients and establish new business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, serving as a trusted advisor for their clients’ PBM needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, working closely with brokers to tailor PBM solutions to their clients’ unique needs.
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions that address client challenges and objectives, in collaboration with broker partners.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between broker partners and our internal teams to ensure successful PBM service implementation and ongoing management.
  • Provide ongoing consulting and support to broker partners and their clients, including regular performance reviews, data analysis, and recommendations for optimizing pharmacy benefits.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to support broker partners effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, with a primary focus on broker-driven business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, healthcare, or similar).
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, with a specific focus on broker distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of broker distribution channels and a strong network of broker relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the pharmacy benefit management industry, including industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with broker partners.
